3. Facial Image Handling
- We do not store, view, or have access to any photos you take or upload. All image analysis happens entirely on your device.
- We cannot see or retrieve any of your photos — they never leave your device or reach our servers.
- The only images temporarily stored are the face issue scan photos, which remain locally on your device for up to 14 days before being automatically deleted.
- Photos are used only for real-time skin analysis (not facial recognition or identity purposes).
4. Storage
- Questionnaire/profile data is stored locally on your device.
- Temporary analysis data (including face issue scans) may be cached on your device for up to 14 days to improve performance.
- We do not have any access to or copies of your images or data from our side.
- Support emails are stored securely in our inbox for assistance purposes only.
5. Sharing
- We do not sell, share, or transfer your data for advertising or analytics.
- Your photos and scans are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with any third party.
- Information is only shared if required by law or with trusted service providers strictly under contract for app functionality.
6. Children’s Privacy
Glo AI is not intended for users under 13.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of any stored support information by contacting us. Since images are stored locally on your device, you can delete them anytime by clearing your app data or uninstalling the app.
